Debt Settlement Advice – Your Guide to Find an Authentic Debt Settlement Program

Article by matt couch

Times have become tough financially because of your credit card bills having piled up, so no doubt you must be looking for debt settlement advice to help get you out of the jam.

The best possible source of information when it comes to looking for an authentic debt settlement program would be the Internet where you will be greeted by thousands of companies and individuals prepared to lend you a helping hand.

They will pepper you with debt settlement advice and will help you set the ball rolling when it comes to settling your dues and starting over again financially. But like in real life, there are numerous unscrupulous elements to be found on the Internet and you have to watch out for them.

Some will set up a phony website to tempt you into seeking them out for debt settlement advice but will be quick to ask for money upfront. Failing that, they will ask for bank account details once they have a superficial chat with you and say the details are required to allow them to access your accounts in order to pay off the monthly installments to your credit card company, for example.

Do not be fooled

However, do not be fooled by all the sweet talk and the fancy website because these are nothing but con artists out to take your money. You should, stay away from them at all costs and the best way to go about things would be to do a bit of research or detective work yourself.

You could check news sites about information on companies who have been pulled up by authorities for swindling people, talk to colleagues, friends and family about whether they have any advice on who to turn to and make sure you do everything right.

At the outset you should remember no company will ask you for money upfront or seek out your bank details. The way settlement firms work is that once an agreement is reached in a negotiation they will take a commission based on a percentage of the money they have saved you by having the interest rates reduced and fees and charges waived.

Debt settlement companies are widely available in just about every state however some are just flat out more experienced than others in debt negotiation. That’s why it’s so important for consumers to use debt relief networks. These networks qualify and only accept the best performing debt settlement companies. Phoenix Jones u crackhead

  2. cortchubbby says:

@cortchubbby (more)the public is harassed by the police. It is CLEAR that the police made up these charges or coerced witnesses to make false statements. Keep up the good work Jones but BE CAREFUL.

  3. cortchubbby says:

@vsmcax1007 I reviewed this tape and the original SEVERAL times and do not see any “dancing” I DO see battery, damage to property, assault with a motorvehicle and other crimes. I do NOT see this Jones fellow assaulting anyone.I do see people fighting. I do see Jones being attacked by a female. I DO see jones defending himself. NOT GUILTY CASE DISMISSED. But you KNOW the prick prosecutor will make demands for Jones to undergo evaluation. Sad that an American that wants to protect (more)

  4. LunaticFringe20 says:

Aww, and I was really hoping that some kind of supervillain would show up in Seattle and make this even more silly…

  5. vsmcax1007 says:

check out the original vimeo video, between the :12 to :16 sec. mark you can pause it to clearly see at least 4 guys throwing punches (not dancing and frolicking w/ eachother as the “victims” reported to police) Phoenix Jones had reason to intervene, but wouldn’t had been enough to just run down there in a friggin’ costume? The pepper-spray to the non-violent bystanders is what will get him. That’s American Justice..so fuck you SuperSaiyan877

  6. yanni318 says:

@takayfawk Completely agree, it’s self defense. And anyways, it’s clear it was an argument between pimps and their hoes(which results in them defending their pimp 99/100).

  7. takayfawk says:

Jones will get off. He tried to stop a crime and they attacked him. It’s on video. It was self-defense. The pepper spray is going to be a pain in the ass though.

  8. apeshitnigga says:

he’s the hero Seattle deserves, but not the one it needs right now.

  9. kellerr13 says:

If the behavior of police in New York and Sanfransisco and Boston are an example of cops doing their job….I support Phoenix Jones and people like them.

  10. wajalama says:

    Kick-Ass 2

    Coming to to theaters soon.

  11. theMONEYshot562 says:

IS HE RELATED TO MOTHERFUCKER JONES?

  12. Darthius says:

all of the footage shows him rushed and half of the time, blind-sided; then he pepper-sprays them

  13. BabyK71482 says:

It was a fight he broke up and the group of guys ran after him to assault him so he sprayed them again. I think people should watch the whole video. I think it’s crazy they only arrested him when a whole group of people were running around assaulting each other and him.

  14. 0liverGuy12 says:

haha one of the dudes he pepper sprayed was a juggalo

  15. slaawm says:

He got to the scene faster than the cops did.

  16. MrNicMachiavelli says:

I hope this guy continues to be a superhero. Mostly because it is hysterically funny.

  17. hombreaksu says:

    @vvvesimelooni Superhero training:DD

  18. Bluemagus says:

@snake2006 Then your definition of superhero is purely subjective when compared to mine or many others, therefore I don’t agree with you.

I don’t disobey the law :P I don’t have a single spot on my record, I drive the speed limit, I’m straight edge, I go to work, I’ve never had a single problem with the police personally. But that doesn’t mean I see a few laws that I don’t agree with and advocate others into disagreeing with it too. You assume I’m a law breaker because a few laws irk me.

  19. palatiality says:

at the end, did the guy say Luke Doocy? i hope thats not steve of Fox & Fart’s son.
